**NCERT Solutions for Class 12 Maths Vector Algebra ****Exercise**** 10.1: Ques No 1.**

Represent graphically a displacement of 40 km, 30° east of north.

**NCERT Solutions:**

On a scale of 1 cm = 10 km, we draw a line segment of length 4 cm on the right of ON, making an angle of 30 degree with ON.

Thus, the vector represents displacement of 40 km, 30 degree east of north.

Classify the following measures as scalars and vectors.

(i) 10 kg
